Our 60-day money-back guarantee

How it works

Your order is covered for 60 days from the purchase date. The brand asks you to use JointBrex for at least 30 days before requesting a refund, so the routine has time to show what it can do for you.

Asking for a refund

• Contact customer support inside the 60-day window.
• Share your order details so they can find your purchase.
• Follow the simple return steps support provides.
• Your refund is issued once the return is processed.

One payment, no surprises

JointBrex is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewals, hidden fees or surprise charges. The price you pick is the price you pay, and 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders ship free in the US.

The guides stay with you

The five digital guides included with 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders are yours to keep regardless of what you decide.
